Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of FairwayScore (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

FairwayScore provides information about golf courses in Korea, aggregated reviews and scores, and a way to inquire about travel packages. Course details such as green fees, hours, and facilities may change and can be out of date; always confirm directly with the course before you travel or book. Information is provided "as is".

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when you create an account and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Accounts are for individuals; do not share them.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of the reviews, ratings, and photos you submit. By submitting them, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, and distribute that content on and in connection with the Service.

You confirm that you have the rights to what you post and that it is your genuine experience. Do not post content that is false, misleading, defamatory, abusive, infringing, spam, or unlawful. We may hide, edit, or remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms.

4. Aggregated third-party content

Some course write-ups summarize publicly available YouTube videos and Naver blog posts and link to the originals. Those opinions belong to their authors, not to us, and citing a source is not an endorsement.

5. Acceptable use

Do not scrape or bulk-download the Service, interfere with its operation or security, attempt unauthorized access, or use it to break the law or infringe others’ rights.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, text we write, and the FairwayScore name and branding, belongs to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse it beyond normal personal use without permission.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that course information, scores, or availability are accurate, complete, or current. We are not a travel agency and are not a party to any booking you make with a golf course, resort, or travel provider.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FairwayScore will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss arising from your use of the Service or reliance on its content.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
